Subor (1989)
China's best-known Famiclone line, later sold as educational keyboard computers with Jackie Chan as spokesman.
Subor's first model, the D25, appeared in 1989 as a cheap alternative to importing an official Famicom. From 1993 the company shipped keyboard models (SB-218, SB-286, SB-486, SB-926 and the 1998 SB-2000) marketed as educational computers to ease parental worries about games. The SB-2000 added a MOS 6502 clone with 512 KB RAM, mouse, disk drive and F-BASIC.
