Fujifilm FUJIX DS-X (1989)
Released in 1989 as the first fully digital camera to be commercially released.
A commercial follow-up to the DS-1P, sold in Japan only. It recorded digital images to a memory card and was aimed at professional and institutional users rather than home buyers. Few were made and it never connected to personal computers in the way later serial and USB cameras did.
