IBM TrackPoint (1992)
A pointing stick between the G, H and B keys, introduced on the ThinkPad 700 series.
Invented by Ted Selker, it let typists move the pointer without taking hands off the home row. Introduced commercially in 1992, it became a ThinkPad trademark.
