IBM ThinkPad 300, 700 and 700C (1992)
The first ThinkPads, all released on the same day.
Designed at IBM Yamato in Japan; the 700C had what was then the largest active-matrix color screen in a laptop. The 300 was a lower-cost 386SL-class sibling.
