AdLib Gold 1000 (1992)
AdLib's 12-bit OPL3 card, a late and costly answer to the Sound Blaster Pro and 16.
Added 12-bit sampling and an optional surround module. Planned SCSI and modem add-ons never shipped, and the company went bankrupt in 1992.
