Genoa SuperVGA (1987)
Among the first cards to use the Super VGA name, beyond IBM VGA resolution.
Early SVGA cards each used their own modes, forcing software to ship per-card drivers until VESA BIOS Extensions arrived in 1989. Genoa cards used Tseng ET3000-class chips.
