General Instrument AY-3-8500 (1976)

The AY-3-8500 was a single-chip Pong-style game with six selectable games. About 5 million were sold across hundreds of consoles, starting with Coleco's Telstar.

Single chip with tennis, hockey, squash, practice and two shooting games. Used by Coleco Telstar, Odyssey 300 and many other consoles.
