RCA CDP1802 (1976)
The 1802 COSMAC was a low-power CMOS microprocessor sampled in 1975 and in production in 1976. It powered the COSMAC Elf, the RCA Studio II and several NASA spacecraft.
Sampled in 1975 and in production in 1976. Radiation-hardened versions flew on NASA probes including Galileo.
