Apogee.
Duke Nukem is a single-player 2D platform game with 320x200 16-color EGA graphics, developed and published by Apogee for MS-DOS. Producer Scott Miller, programmer Todd Replogle and designers Replogle, Miller and Allen H. Blum III made it; George Broussard, Jim Norwood and Blum did the art. John Carmack helped with low-level assembly code. Scott Miller estimated 60,000-70,000 copies sold.
