Atari Lynx II (1991)
The slimmer, cheaper Lynx revision with better battery life and stereo output.
Launched July 1991 at $99 with a sleeker body, rubber grips, a backlight power-save mode, a stereo headphone jack and 5-6 hours of battery life, versus 4-5 for the original. It sold without bundled accessories to hit the lower price. Atari's new campaign still could not overcome the Game Boy's library.
