Sweet Micro Systems Mockingboard (1983)
The leading Apple II sound card, adding AY-3-8910 PSG voices and optional speech.
The Sound II launched at $199 and the Sound/Speech I at $299. Each board gave six square-wave voices; Ultima V used two boards for 12 voices. It became the de facto Apple II music standard.
