Sega Pico (1993)
Sega's children's educational console with a Magic Pen stylus and picture-book cartridges.
Launched June 1993 at 13,440 yen, with North America following in November 1994 at $139 and Europe in 1994. It sold 3.4 million units, mostly in Japan, and was discontinued in North America in early 1998; Majesco later revived it at $49.99. Games include Sonic Gameworld and The Lion King: Adventures at Pride Rock.
