Intel Itanium 2 (2002)
The second generation of Intel's IA-64 processor (McKinley) arrived on July 8, 2002 in 900 MHz and 1 GHz versions. A later erratum forced some chips down to 800 MHz.
McKinley core, the first Itanium 2, launched at 1 GHz.
