IBM Color/Graphics Adapter (CGA) (1981)
The IBM PC's color display card, launched alongside the MDA, and the first de facto PC graphics standard.
Its 16-color text and 4-color 320x200 graphics drove the look of early PC games and set the baseline that Tandy Video and EGA later extended.
