Gravis UltraSound (1992)
Wavetable card for DOS games and the demoscene. Released in early October 1992.
Co-developed by Advanced Gravis and Forte Technologies around the GF1 chip; it mixed samples in hardware from onboard RAM, which made it a favorite of the demoscene and tracker musicians.
