Computer Space (1971)
Nolan Bushnell and Ted Dabney's Computer Space, released in late 1971, was the first commercially sold arcade video game. Roughly 1,300 to 1,500 units were produced.
Released November or December 1971 for 25 cents per play. Bushnell and Dabney used custom hardware rather than a computer, and then founded Atari.
