86-DOS (1980)
Tim Paterson's CP/M-like operating system for the Intel 8086, first released as QDOS 0.10 in July 1980. Microsoft later bought it and turned it into MS-DOS.
Originally QDOS, renamed 86-DOS by August 1980. Version 0.3 was released November 15, 1980.
