Xbox One (2013)
Microsoft's third console, launched with a mandatory Kinect, then walked back DRM plans.
Launched November 22, 2013 at $499 (Japan September 4, 2014; China September 29, 2014, the first Xbox released in China). It moved to x86 with an 8-core Jaguar and 8 GB DDR3. The S came in August 2016 and the 4K Xbox One X in November 2017. Kinect became optional in June 2014. About 58 million shipped by June 2023.
