VideoLogic Apocalypse 3D (PowerVR PCX1) (1996)
The first PC retail card using NEC/VideoLogic PowerVR tile-based rendering.
PowerVR's tile-based deferred rendering was a very different design that lasted into later Dreamcast and mobile GPUs. The PCX1 required a separate 2D card.
