Sony Mavica MVC-CD1000 (2000)
First CD Mavica, recording to 8 cm CD-R with a 10x optical zoom.
The CD1000 saved JPEGs straight to 8 cm CD-R discs, giving far more capacity than a floppy. It featured a 10x optical zoom. A non-finalized disc could be read over USB. Writing was CD-R only, so discs could not be erased.
