Kodak DCS 460 (1994)
6 MP DSLR on a Nikon F90x body, among the first 6 MP professional cameras.
A KAF-6300 sensor gave 3060x2036 files, a huge number for 1994, and the camera cost tens of thousands of dollars. It saved to PCMCIA cards and was connected to a computer through SCSI. Used by studios and agencies, it is now a collector's item for its sheer cost and size.
