Intel 80186 (1982)
Intel's integrated 16-bit CPU that put an 8086-class core with timers, DMA and interrupt controllers on one chip. It was used in the Tandy 2000 and many embedded designs.
Highly integrated version of the 8086 launched in January 1982.
