Empire (Walter Bright) (1977)
Walter Bright's turn-based wargame was rewritten in FORTRAN in 1977 for the PDP-10 at Caltech after an earlier BASIC version.
Conceived in 1971 and ported years later to Atari ST, Amiga, Commodore 64, Apple II and Mac.
