Apple Mac Pro (2006) (2006)
Intel Xeon tower announced August 7, 2006 at WWDC, replacing the Power Mac G5. The base model had two dual-core 2.66 GHz Xeon 5100 processors and 1 GB of RAM.
Apple's Intel-based professional tower, the last step of the Intel transition. It had four PCI Express slots and could take up to 16 GB of RAM.
