Apple Keyboard (Macintosh Plus) (1986)
The first Apple keyboard with a built-in numeric keypad and arrow keys, shipped with the Macintosh Plus.
Earlier Macs shipped with keyboards without arrows or a keypad, and the Plus's version fixed that. It was soon followed by ADB versions as Apple changed its connector in September 1986.
